You know how they say sometimes all you gotta do is put out whatever you want to have happen into the universe and somehow if it's meant to be yours, it will come to fruition? Well. I'm counting on just that when it comes to wanting to dye my hair a hot pink cotton candy shade someday. So here's what I'm a-putting right on out there: One day I am SO gonna have this shocking shade on my hair. Pink-y swear.
