With my swimsuit of choice this week, it's becoming apparent to me that I've got myself a little thing (that's growing bigger and bigger with every passing second) for anything skirted in peplum. And strapless. And pink and cream. And pretty. So it's of no surprise that I'd want to add this dreamy dress to the mix.
